David McLeod is a gifted facilitator. During the SHIFT training he took the skills which I naturally have as a facilitator and helped me to flourish them. David was able to give me insights into the areas in which I can grow and how to incorporate new tools and techniques to assist me in being a stronger and more confident facilitator. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wishes to expand and cultivate their skills as a facilitator.
